GoogleAlisha from your move in Hinckley was helpful and responsive when I wanted to submit and application for a property i viewed. With Covid 19 the viewing of the property was very safe and in-line with government guidelines. Alisha took into consideration my thoughts, wishes and concerns. She then raised my questions to the landlord. She was very prompt with her responses and friendly to talk to. Thank you.

GoogleZoe was our main contact at Your Move and she was incredibly helpful. She kept us updated on everything. Moving during lockdown we were quite nervous and called almost every day towards the end but Zoe was professional and courteous as we're the rest of the team when we spoke with them. Hopefully we won't be moving again but I would definitely recommend Your Move.

GoogleHaving had a bad experience with Scrivins on our first home we finally chose a home through your move and were obviously concerned because of our last experience. We found them very helpful, great communication, especially with zoe, she was always professional, courteous polite and kept us informed all the time. Out of choice I would have no hesitation in choosing your move so long as Zoe could be the person we deal with. Thank you for all your help, we restored our faith.

GoogleCan't fault the team at Your Move, we purchased a house with them and then used their tenant finder service. At all times the team were highly responsive to our queries or concerns. Special thanks to Gavin for helping us in the right direction as first time landlords and really going the extra mile, he is a credit to the company.

GoogleWe recently moved house, with the seller using Your Move. The difference between Your Move and our own estate agents, in terms of professionalism, reliability and contact was miles apart (with Your Move coming in ahead). Chloe, in particular, was very helpful - always getting in touch with us to give us updates and help us with questions and queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Move in Hinckley, and will certainly be in touch with them in the future if we move.

While your move maybe slightly more expensive on the face of it compared to online agents, the support and efforts of the team to progress our sale was fantastic. Our chain was somewhat challenging and I'm confident without the efforts of the yourmove team we wouldn't have completed. When things started to get difficult Charlie was there to offer guidance and support, and would go the extra mile to ensure progress could be made. She kept us, the team and the parties involved all up to date and was clear on actions needed. Put simply, we would never move with anyone else!

GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts on our house sale having moved to Your Move from another agent in Hinckley. They sold the house after some fantastic marketing and before they had time to get a sale board arranged. The sale process itself has been prolonged, mainly due to the solicitors acting for part of the chain disappearing on a semi-regular basis but Chloe in particular was always helpful and patient, and very willing to chase things up.

GoogleBuying a house through Your Move has been very easy and the staff are especially helpful if you ring up with a question - especially Charlie who dealt with us through the majority of the purchase. Sometimes they need a little chasing to get back to you on questions but when they do get back to you the information they provide is clear and helpful.

GoogleIn comparison to my previous letting agents who constantly passed the buck, Your Move are friendly, efficient and do what they say they’re going to do. If they say they’ll call you back then they will and are happy to chase up queries for you. Spoke to Paul today who was very polite, efficient and helpful in dealing with my query.
