Your Move acted on behalf of our seller, but throughout the process, they were incredibly professional and responsive to us as the buyers. Chloe was exceptional at uncovering potential issues in the chain and advising accordingly on actions to take. She kept in regular communication with all throughout the chain (7 links in the chains) and despite some stumbles by other estate agents, Chloe helped keep the chain on track until completion. She is calm, professional, motivated and overall the best agent I have worked with over 15 years. I would recommend Your Move and Chloe to any potential seller / buyer looking for a quality service.

Alisha has been really great throughout our transaction. We are first time buyers and found a beautiful property but there has been some bumps. But Alisha has been so easy to contact and talk with. Great experience from Chloe and the whole team at Your Move Hinckley. What we thought would be a quick process of buying an already empty bungalow turned into 4 months due to lockdown and our own buyers mortgage lender taking quite a while to process their mortgage. Throughout the process, whilst Chloe was under great pressure from her vendor for a quick completion, she was extremely courteous and could not have been more helpful to us as the buyer with pushing everything along in a timely manner, liaising with myself, my solicitor and our agent. We were very grateful for Chloe's professionalism and assistance.

Trying to sell a property during the unknown times the first lockdown of the pandemic brought to us all could not have been an easy task, yet Chloe, and the team, took it in their stride. Chloe could not have worked harder to process the sale as quickly as possible and updated me on the progress whenever she had news. I couldn't have asked for more. Great team at Hinckley Your Move, unfortunately our sale was a little more complicated so the team and us are probably a little scarred. Great rounding team from the initial valuation, amazing photographer and the team in the office. Only really one area of improvement is the timing of updates; a few times we received a call from the team with an update we have already heard from the solicitor or other third party. Apart from that the entire team are fantastic, Zoe and Chloe went above an beyond for us and we couldn’t have achieved our sale and purchase without them. Thank you all for helping us achieve our dream house!

From the first introduction to Your Move I have been impressed. Although they were slightly more expensive than some of their competitors they sold my property for the full asking price which was substantially more than I had been advised to market for through other estate agents.They sent a professional photographer round to enhance the brochure and also an agent to advise on dressing the property. My property was sold to the first prospective buyers. Lockdown has obviously delayed the issue but I have been kept informed by all of the staff, especially Alisha, as much as has been possible. I would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone to maximise the value of your property and for the first rate service. Thanks again to all concerned.

Purchasing our property through Your Move they have provided an excellent service. We have received regular updates on the progress and always very keen to help with enquiries, providing information where possible. My main point of contact has been Alisha who is incredibly professional, polite and friendly. During the lockdown period I had contact with Kate, who like Alisha made the time to keep us in the loop during a difficult and uncertain time. My only regret is I didn't sell my property through them as both Alisha & Kate have given me a restored faith that there is an estate agent team out there that know what they are doing and keep the client involved every step of the way unlike my own estate agent who I have had very little communication with. Would certainly recommend going forward, and if in the future we look to move again I will be sure to use them.

Fantastic service all round. From the moment Adam came to value our property, to getting the professional photographer to come and take our house pictures (100% worth the small fee), he really did make the house stand out and get the foot fall through the door. That’s when Chloe, Zoe and the team stepped in and took control of everything from arranging bookings with either us showing people round or them. Feedback was delivered when it could be obtained and we had no major issues here. Always on hand and just a phone call away, no question too silly or time consuming. We couldn’t rate these high enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I rented a property through Your move Hinckley, Cate found a tenant which caused me nothing but trouble. Your Move Hinckley do brilliant adverts on right-move in terms of enhanced images but i feel you should get more than just this from a fully Managed property. The property was fully furnished but they moved in and demanded i should remove specific pieces of furniture which they did not like whilst having already moved in, all your-move helped me with was carrying an item down the stairs which Adam has kept referring back to. Luckily i moved to a different agent in the end and found a new tenant at a far more realistic figure for a property rented complete with Quality Appliances New appliances. However sadly your-move Hinckley let the tenant do what they liked, the inspections were extremely poor, The Inventory was very poor which meant its pretty worthless I was refunded for the inventory which must tell you something really. I tried to leave the agent peacefully but Adam & Cate have just been swearing and shouting because i've chosen a different agent who have achieved a 10% increased figure than Your Move and they have given me a choice of two tenants out of three viewings so i'm so pleased now. I felt forced to leave this review. Also Adam broke the GDPR as he called me off his mobile which is illegal activity.

I've been using Your Move to manage the letting of my flat in Hinckley for many years. I have been very pleased with the level of service provided and they have always been very efficient when finding a new tenant. I would like to give particular mention and thanks to Cate and Jenna - they have provided invaluable assistance recently by helping me deal with the transition of a slightly 'tricky" tenant, and a number of maintenance issues with the flat, which would have been impossible for me to manage remotely given the distance that I live from the property.

We recently moved into a property that Your-Move were selling. There was a few challenges with the chain and some of the solicitors used within that chain, our house had already sold and we agreed to complete to help out our buyer avoid a very large early repayment charge on an existing mortgage. Other than myself and Charlie at Your-Move, I don't think anyone else was interested in making this happen. I was calling my solicitor daily towards the end, but I could not talk to the entire chain. Charlie was pushing the whole chain and kept me updated. In the end we actually managed to do a direct move on the same day. Without Charlie's help, I'd be writing this review from a rented property.
