GoogleI rented a house through Scrivins & Co for just over a year. All the essentials were done well - I had the chance to read my contract well before the tenancy began, I received an accurate inventory and occasional maintenance issues were handled promptly and thoroughly. Especially impressed by the agency's persistence in getting plumbing fixed over the Christmas holiday! Throughout the tenancy, emails and phone calls were answered promptly and helpfully. After my family and I left the property, Scrivins were pragmatic about minor wear and tear and I was pleased at how quickly my deposit was returned. All in all, I would happily rent through them again.
