Will came out quickly, photographed, agreed a price and very quickly it was live on their website and Right Move. They had numerous potential buyers lined up within days. One of the first to view offered the asking price. Through no fault of theirs after waiting 3 months for the buyer to sort finance we gave up and asked them to remarket. Sold again very quickly, this time to a FTB who has his finance arranged. Fingers crossed this one progresses. Would recommend.

After seeing a house on Rightmove and speaking to Alisha on Saturday morning, she was able to arrange a viewing the same afternoon. The service we received is a lot better than some of the other agents we have dealt with in the area, and we would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to Thank Scrivins Team for the professional manner in which they handled my purchase and indirectly my sale. Managing a sale which as is often the case was protracted and required careful monitoring and communication. Would recommend

House sale went really well, from a decent valuation, good set of details, lots of viewings, and sold within two weeks. Lots of communication and through to a relatively stress free completion. My only quibble is that I paid £60 for a floor plan, didn't get one (didn't need one!). Please donate to a wildlife charity.
