GoogleReliable local estate agents which indepth knowledge of the local areas and market. Scrivins presented the property well and advertised on wide number of sites. In addition to this they provided regular feedback on the interest recieved and feedback given. As a family we've now used them a few times and I'd recommend them.

GoogleReceived nothing but rudeness when ringing up to ask a question. Rang up later and asked for the manager, he wasn't available and I was told they would call me back, still waiting on that call back

GoogleA great estate agent - having dealt with 3 in Hinckley this team was the best - they were on top of viewings and got us an offer at full asking price, having been with national agent before they were far better, we felt they were hungry for the business and didn't let us down. I got an email over the weekend from Christine advising that she'd look into then I got a followup call from Becky on Monday morning. She was great; very apologetic then rectified it quickly and professionally, arranging another viewing at my earliest convenience with no hassle.

GoogleBeen a tenant for a few years. I hate calling in because of the customer service I get. The agents in the letting team sound like they don’t want to talk to me and have something better to do. Thankfully my landlord is amazing otherwise I wouldn’t let with scrivins.
