GoogleWe have recently bought a house through Scrivins, and the process was seamless and professional throughout. The position was made entirely clear to us regarding offers, and after having our offer accepted, the process was smooth and quick, and professionally handled. Communication throughout was excellent from Becky and Alisha, and we particularly enjoyed meeting Richard for the first and a subsequent viewing. Thank you all for making the purchase such a positive experience, which from my fairly extensive personal knowledge of the property industry, can be somewhat unusual.
Thankyou Mike, we really appreciate your detailed review, it was great working with you!

GoogleFor me personally this was a tricky house sale, my mother's house due to her going into a care home. Given the cost of living crisis, interest rates going up, buyers having difficulty securing a mortgage, buyers disappearing, Scrivins did manage to find us the one buyer who really wanted my mother's house. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. A bit of a long drawn out affair but we got there in the end and Scrivins just about managed to keep everyone onside!
Thankyou Mary, not the most straight forward of transactions, but so pleased we were able to help!
