Highly disappointed. Some of my colleagues referred me to buy a property advertised by Scrivins, I am a first time buyer, I viewed a house and didn’t like it, informed this to the team, later requested for some other property but no response, instead they said the owner is not interested to sell, if it’s not on sale then why are you advertising it on the market? I have been sending mails, and try calling them but no response, looks very bad.

Sale was very quick, barely a week from going onto the market. Professional throughout.Completion however took 4 months through no fault of Scrivin's but via one party's solicitors. If in doubt ask Scrivin's rather than mortgage advisors for recommendations.

Fantastic customer service from all the staff at Scrivins & Co. I have rented a flat for a year and it was hassle free. They were excellent at dealing with any queries e.g. maintenance, payments, etc and never had any problems. Caroline Trevitt is very efficient and always been my first point of contact. I can only give 4 stars at the moment just because we haven’t completed our sale yet so far, but can only go of the experience so far. Was a bit of a slow start to get viewings, but after all that they have been attentive to emails of making sure everything is on track with the sale and both end of solicitors. Just hoping to complete soon with the last few hurdles , and I’m sure by the time we’ve moved still, fingers cross. Im sure Scrivins will continue to do their best for the last bit and will gain another star from us after all is done.

Scrivins have been out estate agents for the last year and we can’t fault them - their service has always been brilliant and they have always gotten back to us really quickly with any issues we had. We recently got given notice just before Christmas as the landlady of the property wanted to move back in, Tina & Jamie on the lettings team were really helpful and let us know what properties they had available and booked us in for viewings ASAP.
