GoogleMartin & Co Hinckley fully manage two buy-to-let houses for me and I am very pleased with the service they give me. They take all the hassle out of letting houses. In a field where the estate agency and letting agency industry has a pretty poor reputation, Martin & Co Hinckley stands out like a shining beacon of good practice. The agency is owned by Steve Chadwick who is both knowledgeable and helpful. Above all, he's a nice bloke! Highly recommended.

GoogleDrove half an hour to see a viewing and waited another half an hour, only no one showed up at all. Very disappointed as I was interested in the property. Update - I have since been contacted and booking re-arranged and I am very happy with the fast response from the team.

GoogleCommunication is awful. Judgemental staff that show you around and look down at you if your circumstances arent perfect. Avoid of your wanting staff that can communicate and not judge you
