Although we didn’t select castle as our agent to sell, I was extremely happy with the services received by the team. Gavin especially was our main contact he had great initiative and one of few agent i called during enquiries who asked to come value our property, added us to mailing lists and actually sent appropriate properties through where others we either had no further correspondence or properties sent not suitable. We would definitely consider using castle if we decided to move again in the future.

I have very rarely spoken to such an arrogant person. Rang with a very genuine question regarding the commission rates and the man I spoke to was very rude and basically asked me if I had read the paperwork! I had read it and wanted a bit more information . He seemed to feel that because he had given us his name and phone number that it justified a much higher commission rate. Part way though the call I told him that I didn't think it was the fit for us - when asked why I told him that I thought his manner was very rude. Would never use based on this service.
