Having rented, and then purchased our first home with Castle Estates, the director Gavin and team have been nothing more than incredibly helpful. We could not recommend them enough. We were treated not only professionally but with extreme kindness throughout the process. We recently sold our house through Castle Estate and wanted to share our experience. What should have been a simple process became quite challenging, and turned out to be a much more difficult sale than expected. The team guided us through every step with patience and professionalism. Gavin gave us complete confidence during the valuation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and instantly made us feel comfortable and reassured that we were in safe hands and that they would get our house sold. Thank you also to Heidi, who kept us informed throughout and was always there to answer questions during some very stressful moments. Castle Estates did an excellent job of selling my parents' house. No hard sale was needed as the professionalism, experience and quality of the company was apparent from my first meeting with them. Communication was excellent and and I felt the whole team were invested in getting a sale. An offer was made within weeks of the property going on the market. The follow on support was outstanding and the sales manager was efficient, professional and extremely experienced in her role and made an incredible difference to the experience we went through. We moved from London to Leicestershire in January 2023, selling a leasehold flat which came with a whole host of problems and delays, and purchasing an amazing freehold house in Earl Shilton. Heidi and the team at Castle Estates were fantastic throughout the process, from the viewings with David, and helping us with the initial offer on the purchase all the way through to move-in day. Heidi in particular was so helpful when it came to moving day as we had still not exchanged or completed at that point, but she did everything she could to make sure the purchase side went through smoothly and removed a great deal of stress at one of the most stressful times. Very happy with the whole process and service from Castle from beginning to end.

Well, I never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for an estate agent, but after my experience with Castle Estates, it feels like the right thing to do. Dealing with the sale of my late parents' house from over a hundred miles away was a daunting task, but after meeting with a few different agents I felt that Hannah understood both the practical and emotional stresses of the situation, and the tricky state of the market. I was right. Castle Estates handled all the viewings and gave me great advice on how to present the house for sale. There were some hurdles to overcome with buyers dropping out early on, but ultimately, everything worked out and Hannah and the rest of the team did exactly what they said they'd do: took control of things and sold the house to the right buyers at the right price. I'll recommend them to anyone.
