We recently sold our property through Grayson Florence, We couldn't recommend them enough! David is a nice guy, who went that extra mile to help us. Like others have said, he is available at anytime of the day/week and always responds ASAP. We were kept in the loop at all times - he is very professional but far from pushy!! We will keep Grayson Florence in mind for future moves (Don't worry David, it won't be anytime soon haha!) Thanks again Zoe & Lee x

When David came to value my property I immediately liked and trusted him to sell my home. The fact that he works evenings and weekends when other estate agents are shut was a great selling factor to me. Choosing David was the best decision I made as the sold sign went up within a week! He went over and above to get the right buyers and the right price for us, as well as dealing with solicitors when they needed chasing up! I definitely recommend putting your house on the market with him.

Having recently moved, I am delighted to have the opportunity to sends thanks and praise to David Florence through this page. Right from the start, David got to know us very quickly and used what he had learnt to help us choose the right property. Whilst a salesman, he did not try to get us to buy properties that we were unsure of and kept us informed of the status of those properties we were interested in.Once we had decided he worked very closely with us on a very friendly basis to ensure that communications were clear and that no unnecessary delays were caused. The end result is far better than we could imagined and we are much happier in our new home than we expected!Just to be clear - David was working for, and paid by the seller but at no time did we ever feel that he was not 'on our side'.Very many thanks for the first class service.

Grayson Florence Property made a very stressful period of time a lot easier to cope with. David is very professional and was always available to answer any questions/worries I had, he explained the whole process & what was required from all parties. I am very thankful that he managed to keep me grounded throughout the whole experience and I will be recommending him to anyone I know that is selling/buying a property. The rates are extremely competitive, but that really comes second to the service that is provided.

Nothing is ever a problem for David and everything about his service is tailored around you the client. We sold our house through Grayson Florence which completed this week. It was very stress free and we were constantly updated every step of the way. I can't recommend David enough. From our first meeting to our last, David was fantastic. Thank you. Love the Carlyles. X

David was excellent! My wife and I have moved quite a lot over our 60+ years and our previous experience of estate agents ranged from complete rip off to you want how much? David is different, honest, experienced and wonderfully up front. I hope he expands enough to cover the whole of the UK as I can't imagine using or trusting anyone else. Worth every penny and that is rare in an estate agent. S&F.

We've moved house quite a lot and can honestly say that Grayson Florence are one of the best estate agents we've had dealings with. They were the only ones who took the time to find the right house for us instead of sending generic matches like the other. All throughout the process, their communication has been quick and thorough even though we are not their direct client. It was really easy to pick up the keys and the moving in box was a nice touch. I thoroughly recommend.

Wouldn't go with anyone else. So down to earth and helpful. Really go above and beyond and always on the end of the phone!/WhatsApp if you need them. Made it so easy for people to book viewings on our property with their website & were really flexible. After going through other agents as a buyer before I can say hands down they are a cut above the rest! Highly recommend.

After our house sat in the market for six months we asked Grayson Florence to take on our property and it was sold within a week! They get the right customers through the door. The after sales care was also excellent, they were always on hand to give advice and chat through decisions. Their professionalism and agility got us everything we needed. We would recommend them for anyone looking to sell in Wiltshire and will definitely use them again.

David and Helen have been absolutely superb from the word go. Proactive, helpful, available (within reason) 24 hours a day for our questions. They carefully laid out their plans for our sale and overdelivered by £13,000! They also assisted with all the info we asked for on houses we were looking at to purchase, which was a massive part of why we chose Grayson Florence. They come highly recommended

We bought a house through Grayson Florence and they were super helpful, answered questions anytime of the day. All viewings were booked a quickly and at a time to suit us and not to suit them like lots of other agents. If we were to move again in future we would use them again

Grayson Florence have been wonderful. They made the sale of our property stress free and were extremely helpful to the Estate Agent of the property we purchased. They provided information very promptly and without such a quick and efficient service, we feel we may have lost the house we wanted to buy. Both David and Jayne were absolutely brilliant and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
