We have now used Grayson Florence to buy one and sell two houses and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. David and his team are extremely helpful and hard working, and will give you a service much better than you’d get from a high street estate agent. They really are available long hours and are happy to communicate how it suits you, including modern methods like What’s App.In the future maybe more estate agents will be this helpful and change their methods to be better for clients, but right now, use Grayson Florence.

Even though (or because) my Mother is an estate agent I am always sceptical in introductory meetings with estate agents. David was a refreshing change, he did not try to over price our house so that we would choose him as an agent, he cut to the chase without wasting an hours time telling me how great the company was. He understood why I had asked him to value our house, what we were looking for and provided some sound advice based on his knowledge of the industry, even though it meant I decided I was not ready to put the house on the market at this current time. If we did decide to sell I would go straight to David as he knows what customers these days want.

The last time I moved was over twenty years ago and I now had to go through it all again for my mother. I contacted GFP to sale my mothers house in Bath who has lived their for over 40 years and find a property near me as I wasn’t able to see my mother. Luck would happen and we viewed a house on Dave’s website and joy my mother liked it and we were dealing with one estate agent. Dave had his work cut out with my mother however he sat down with her and explained in plain English the process this made my live easier. Once my mothers house was sold Jayne took over until we had contacts signed and a moving date. Jayne was very good and kept me informed every step of the move and kept in contact after my mother moved in to see how she was doing. Well done GFP.

I can not recommend Grayson Florence highly enough! They were recommended to me by friends. When I first met David he told me “I’m not here to sell your house, I’m here to help you move”. He asked what I wanted, which was “my least stressful move yet”, and that’s what I got! It was a short but tricky chain and took a while, but I did very little apart from complete and sign forms. Jayne was amazing!!!! She just took care of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Huge thanks to Jayne and David! I love my new home (chaotic as it is currently). No “shiny brochures’ but estate agents service that was second to none!!I wish you all every future success!!

Just brilliant!!! These guys actually want to sell houses and have a set up like I've not seen with other Estate agents! They also have a wonderful lady who is dedicated to liaising between both parties once the sale has been agreed, in order to prevent mistakes and miscommunication. Such a simple and great idea, but I've not known anyone else to do it.

Highly recommend Grayson Florence Property. As soon as David visited initially we knew we had made the right decision. He listens and through out our journey he has listened to our requirements and there was never any pressure. He was always available either on the phone or email for advice, or in our case to let us in when we locked ourselves out! Since accepting our offer the team have been awesome, Jayne is exceptional and kept us calm during a stressful time. The use of track my move makes it so much easier to see where each is stage is at and you feel that you aren't kept in the dark. We have had dealings with estate agents all over the UK in the last 38 years but known have come anywhere close to having the ethos of David and team.

Was recommended to Grayson Florence through a friend. I met David and realised straight away that he was the man to manage the sale of our house. He gave clear info on the viewings, and would give regular updates once the sale of our house was agreed - regardless of what time of day it was. Even though we had troublesome buyers at one stage, David was quick to turn things around and get things back on track, with no fuss at all. A total pleasure to deal with, and would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property!
