Karwood Properties Hillingdon reviews

If I could give "no star" I would have...! I recently wanted to purchase a property therefore I set up a viewing for it and gave an offer. After 3 days I was contacted stating that the offer was too low so I amended and gave another one. There staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. He later confirmed that the offer has been accepted and now you need to get the "ball rolling" Anyhow, I put my property on the market with them too (stupidly) as they said to me if I was to do this then they will secure me the purchase of the property I want to buy. Due to there lack of knowledge on how to manage a business I lost the property I wanted to buy as they seller wanted a quick sale so they accepted the offer of someone else with another estate agent. As the buyer they got for my property didn't have any mortgage offer nothing but they just kept in sly stating that he did. THEY WERE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WOULD NOT PICK UP MY CALLS THERE IS THIS GUY CALLED "BILL" WHO INITIALLY TRAPPED ME INTO THIS SO BEWARE OF HIM AND HIS OTHER COLLEAGUE'S CONS CONS CONS - THEY are bunch of ex sales agents who have come together to come up with "KARWOOD" I lost almost 1.5 k in this whole process and still haven't been able to sell my property or have found another one through them and its been 1 YEAR! Total Disappointment nothing professional about them apart from the suits they wear.

Bill and Gopal are a great team. They managed both our house sale and our rental. As managing agents, they were courteous and transparent, especially as we were not in the area. The processes went like clockwork and they were always quick to respond. Would willingly recommend.

We had our property on the market with another agent prior to instructing Karwoods, the previous agent promised everything but delivered nothing. The service received from Karwoods in contrast to the other agent was day and night, I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill who was professional, knowledgeable and honest throughout the transaction. The only regret I have is I just wish i had instructed Karwoods from the outset.

We have found Karwood to be very professional and responsive with their services. I bought my property 3 years ago through Karwood and since then they have been maintaining it well. Their management fees are also very reasonable. Both Bill and Gopal have been very helpful. I would highly recommend Karwood to others for both sales and letting.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
