Bill and his team are dedicated and extremely transparent in their business. Bill promises what he delivers. Another thing is he always answers the phone or if he is busy he texts you. I think that says a lot about a person. The house search is easy when you deal like a professional like Bill. Will be sending more customers his way. Thank you Bill.you reinstated my faith in people.

Great service, professional and friendly manners, they make the letting experience feel easy. First and foremost, the agency has been very efficient in handling the day-to-day maintenance and repair requests from my tenants. They have a dedicated team that responds promptly to any issues that arise and works to resolve them in a timely manner. This has been greatly appreciated by both myself and my tenants, as it helps to ensure that the property is well-maintained and the tenants are satisfied with their living arrangements. In addition to their efficiency in handling maintenance and repair requests, the agency has also been very proactive in managing the financial aspects of the property. They have a strong understanding of the local rental market and are able to provide valuable insights and recommendations on rental rates and occupancy levels. This has been especially useful in helping me to maximize the profitability of the property. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services provided by the state agency that manages my flat and would highly recommend them to other landlords.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Had a fantastic experience using this branch. The application process was made very swift and pleasant thanks to Bill Narwal and Jack McKim. Jack showed us around the property and was very attentive and Bill made the application process run like clockwork. I highly recommend Karwood’s if your looking for your new home as they are honest and professional.

Well, it is difficult to summarise in few lines, the pleasant and professional experience I had dealing with Bill, Gopal and their team. If you are a potential buyer reading this post, you would know, how difficult the current housing market scenario is for a potential buyer. Unlike other estate agents, Bill, Gopal and their team were very professional, efficient and ethical. They kept me updated throughout the process and it was a very smooth transition. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone dealing in real estate.

I just bought a flat with help from Karwood. The agents (Gopal & Bill) have been very helpful to get this completed in time and were quite reachable. We were running out of time due to the extremely slow progress on the seller solicitors side, (who were independently chosen by the seller). But Karwood did a frequent chase-up with them to get things moving quicker and tried to keep all the parties in sync. Much appreciated their big effort.

My Wife enlisted the help of this Agent to sell our property. I was a bit dubious as I am accustomed to the big names, but i thought ill give them an opportunity. Since the moment Bill came round to view the property he gave us assurance from the outset and told us not to worry about anything as they will take it all onboard. We were very impressed with their strong customer focus and professionalism. Even before a potential buyer backed out, they were on the case with alternative viewings, of which one of them successfully purchased our property the other week. We have to give a special commendation for Gopal. He was such a friendly, warm and pleasant mannered individual, we could only wish everyone could be like him. Thankyou Karwood. Bill and Gopal make a dynamic duo. Best Agent you could hope for.

Selling your property and moving house is one of the three most stressful things in life. Deciding to use Karwood and having Bill and Gopal working with me as a team, helping me at every step along the way certainly made it a lot less stressful. Professional, extremely helpful and thoughtful, nothing is too much of an issue and there at every step of the process with you. Working at your pace and not pushy like other agents were. Amazing service from a wonderful team and I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I have done business with Karwood Properties 7 years ago. Their service and professionalism is top class. I bought my property from them and then let it out with them, for 3 years. Subsequently I moved in for 3 years and then re let it with the assistance of Bill and Gopul last summer and the whole experience was dealt with perfectly from the beginning. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Initially we had signed up with another agent and we realised that we were not receiving the service we were promised let alone any viewings. So found a card for Karwood and made an appointment to meet with Bill. In our meeting Bill he told us the figure we would roughly receive in the current market and advised us what services him and his team would provide. Bill delivered everything he promised and was available on the phone or email all the time. We look forward to working with them again. Thanks!!
