A big thank you to Kayleigh Julien, she found us the perfect property without all the stress. The way she provided us help reflects her in depth knowledge of the real estate market, fantastic interpersonal skills and commitment to her profession. She went on to explain different types of contracts which helped a lot as well. Overall Coopers Residential is an extremely professional company with wonderful costumer service. I would definitely recommend Kayleigh Julien and Coopers to my friends and return in the future. I'm so happy to be renting with them!

So called up about a property went for a viewing to which i was happy with proceeded with everything they emailed me saying the offer for the rent was accepted then sent me this to which i provided all information and provided the holding deposit then right move asked for this refrence infomation which i provided, then after 2 weeks off them have me running around they ask for a copy off my work contract which i cant disclose due to NDA's so they refused me the property even though i provided everything else so i ask for my holding deposit back to which they are refusing saying it states it say it was not refundable which was never disclosed in the email so avoid using right move and coopers

Hi Barrie, our references are done through a third party company. They were unable to verify your income without an employment contract, however you were unable to provide this due to an NDA. They were also unable to accept the references provided from your employer as they lacked credibility. We queried with yourself if you were able to provide a UK Guarantor or pay rent in advance to which you said you were unable to do. Since then, we have tried to contact you to see what other options we have to try and verify your income, however we haven’t been able to reach you.

A call and a discussion with Steven Hockley at Coopers on my requirements was all that it took for me. A few days later Steven emailed with property details of an exact match even before the property was posted online! He organised viewing in the shortest time possible before handing me over to Jayde Ingram who facilitated the processing of the paper work, updating me frequently on the progress and concluding within a few days even with international references involved. Steven Hockley did an absolutely phenomenal job finding me the perfect apartment! I am an overseas student and Steven went out of his way to make sure I found the best spot possible. He even showed me an apartment via Facetime so that I didn't have to make another trip to England. Steven is super personable, funny and trustworthy...I would recommend him to anyone. Coopers Residential is an extremely professional company with wonderful costumer service. I know that they had my best interests in mind. I'm so happy to be renting with them!

The lettings department at this agency has been a significant waste of time. On two separate occasions, I've inquired about advertised properties that were ultimately unavailable for viewing. Most phone calls resulted in vague promises of a call back regarding viewings, leaving me wondering why these properties were advertised in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
