Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional! I dealt with this agent by the name Honor-Charlotte Peters for quite sometime now, however even though I’ve put full asking price offers on multiple properties each and every time i got rejected by her! On the last occasion offer was put through as soon as got advertised without viewing it(full asking price+ 6 months upfront payment) and Honor stated that the landlord is happy with the offer, only moving in date needs to be agreed on sooner to which I accepted it. That same day Honor continue to show the property to other people and then she came back asking to increase in price even though full asking price was offered and wanted to pay holding deposit on the same day to which she retracted the statement by saying that offer hasn’t been accepted!

Matthew showed us the house we ended up buying, and helped us make some important decisions regarding our purchase, while Paige was there throughout the process to help follow up with solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. We also received a lovely (and useful!) hamper on completion day which was a wonderful welcoming surprise.
