Lack of communication between the companies that are involved in the maintenance and the main company that is simple life.....we have been chasing our tails for months with all of these companies with very little correspondence with us .

We have checked your records and we can only see one item that was raised with us around tightening your toilet seat, as this item is deemed resident responsibility, we had sent you a copy of our how to video to help get this resolved. Someone from the team has tried getting in touch today to get any further problems resolved for you, but unfortunately we haven’t been able to reach you. If you’re having any further problems, then please make sure you log this with us directly either via FixFlo or by contacting your asset manager who would be happy to help.

7 weeks waiting for a repair nobody answers phones or emails and close off issues on fixflo without fixing and then ignore you .....absolute waste of time having a managing agent when they dont do their jobs

The houses are amazing quality for renral property and come with excellent equipment. Hiwever, some of tge works and issues identified have not been resolved even though reported for longer than a year.I would definitely recimmend simple life homes.
