We bought our first via Stow Brothers with a lot of help from Josh Bayton - they were always warm, friendly, and informative as they guided us through the process as first time buyers.Note they tend to hold viewings on Saturdays only which means these viewings can be very busy, but as we work full time it meant we had a chance to actually see houses before they went off the market.

I recently got in touch with your company as I am looking for a new flat, where ideally I’d like to rent on my own. A friend recommended you as they bought their flat with you.The rental advert had a price advertised and I was told by one of your agents to give “my offer”,.. of course I get it that our government let this happens - people that have the most cash get the flats. But I find it so problematic that we are encouraged to offer to pay more for rent, as this seems to have become the only way to secure a place in London. And like a cat eating its own tail, we are putting more money into landlords pockets when the renter giving away such a huge part of their salary, have to rent because they just can’t afford to buy… and like that London gets more and more and more expensive. I find this so unethical! And clearly not community focused. Also I was clearly told that people that gets the flats are the one offering more money and not making any requests. The flat I saw this weekend was full of mould in the hallway and still people offered to pay more and still we’d be better to not say anything and just accept to pay so much money. You have great rating and still this is where we are. How can this be?
