GoogleBad customer service. Tried to buy a property with them but went unsuccessful because the developer pulled out and deducted £1500 (50%) fee because THEY FANCIED PULLING OUT OF THE DEAL. Hence incurring costs without my fault. Very pushy on using their own solicitors and mortgage advisors who are expensive. We did not wish to use their advisors and hence they did not sell us the property. Not advisable to use them.

GoogleWas very disappointed with service, took almost 6 weeks to have our deposit returned. Every time we chased them, they would tell us that they would look into it and get back to us and then never come back. Had to open a claim with TDS in the end to get the money returned.

John hosted the viewing and worked with us almost daily from start to finish with constant updates, even when he was away, the guys from the office knew exactly what was going on and would keep us in the picture. Would highly recommend!

GoogleDreadful. Told us they would do something, then didn't. No follow up. No progress on sale. We had to push all the time and they generally ignored most of our calls. Will not use them again.
