We purchased our property through Chancellors back in December and they were very professional, helpful and efficient throughout the transaction. We hit a few difficulties along the way and Stephanie Furness was able to help every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure the process was as smooth as possible. She really understood our needs (we were desperate to be in before Christmas) and without a doubt we wouldn't have been in if it wasn't for Stephanie's dedication. Steph has been amazing !! , We stared the gauntlet of estate agents at chancellors , Steph was so enthusiastic and professional we soon realised we didn't need to look any further. She took on the challenge to find us the BTL properties we were looking for, and even the mortgage we needed, via the in house mortgage advisor she introduced us to. She enthused me about buying a BTL in High Wycombe when I wasn't quite sure it was area I definitely wanted . We ended up buying two properties through Steph and Chancellors , She did exactly as she promised and gave us the heads up about suitable properties organising viewings as quickly as possible . She listened carefully to our wish list and only took us to ones she knew we would like saving us lots time . When it came to completion . She negotiated tirelessly and definitely saved the deal ! There is no doubt we wouldn't have made it without her ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chancellors & STEPH . She is "ON IT" ALL the time , often going above and beyond call of duty . An Asset to her team ! So impressed with Steph , their Mortgage advice service and lettings team . Frankly we will use them for years to come just wouldn't go anywhere else , fully intend to use them to let our flats too . We have just sold our property through Chancellors, Michael Tudge valued the property and arranged for ECP certificates and photographs to take place which were of outstanding quality with a fast turn around. Michael was very professional and really knew the market answering all our concerns first hand. The price marketed was achieved so clearly knows his market value. The property was quickly on the market and before we knew it we had a number of good offers on the table. Stephanie Furness sold the property to a first time buyer and was always on hand to answer all our questions, Stephanie is very friendly yet remains professional - She is a credit to the High Wycombe branch. Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate viewings and helped ensure these were at the times suitable to us with young children. Every phone call she would call me straight back, every email was answered quickly and she really eased any of our concerns. A real credit to the company making a very stressful situation become more bearable. Thank you Stephanie you will do very well in your career :-)

After spotting a house we really wanted, I called three agents out for a valuation on our house to get it on the market ASAP. Chancellors gave us a very realistic price as there were several on our road with other agent sitting far to high and not selling! They took a front photo that Thursday afternoon ( no internals) and by Saturday morning we had 13 buyers viewing our house, which resulted in several offers all over the asking price. This enabled us to secure our onward purchase. Ian Springell and Samuel Ford were excellent with helping us secure the right buyer, making sure each offer had been financially checked so we could make our decision with pure confidence. Once the sale was agreed it was passed to Richard Moth in their Sales Progressing team to then oversea for us. Richard kept in good contact with us throughout the transaction and I felt I could leave them with this until we were in a good place to start confirming exchange/completion dates. The whole process took 10 weeks in total with three of us in the chain. I thought that was fantastic timing and would highly recommend Chancellors as the best agent to use. We also used their in house Mortgage Advisor Khurrum Dad who found us a fantastic deal on our purchase which allowed us to save money for house renovations. They are an extremely busy agent and for good reason as they find the best buyers and prices in today's market!

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and have just exchanged on our first property with Chancellors High Wycombe. Our contact at the branch was Stephanie and she has been amazing throughout and has made our experience as stress free as possible, responding to any queries (and I had many) promptly and was always at the end of the phone if we needed to speak to her. From the first time we saw the house we knew it was the one for us, and Stephanie whilst acting for the sellers was as fair as she could be and was able to get us a viewing ASAP. Stephanie was also able to recommend a solicitors to act on our behalf who we used and they have been great. They also have financial advisors should you need them (we didn’t use them in the end but there was no pressure and they were happy to advise you even if you didn’t go ahead with them which was great). I would highly recommend this agency but especially Stephanie, we cannot thank you enough! Now we are just looking forward to getting the keys to our first home!

I recently let my property via Chancellors. I was lucky to have dealt with Georgina Marshall. She was very thorough and delivered on all her promises. I found it very easy to talk to her as she was a good listener and very understanding. She has a very approachable manner about her. I trusted her completely. If there was anything she was unsure of she took the time to find out. Chancellors have been truly amazing, but then it's because they have staff like Georgina.

I have been in the property industry for 26 years, and I am not impressed easily with the services of other property professionals. BUT I have to say that I was VERY impressed with the services I received when I asked Chancellors to sell my property in High Wycombe. The house had been on the market with another local agent for several months with no interest at all. When I disinstructed the other agent and instructed Chancellors the difference between the 2 companies was immediately apparent. Chancellors were so much more professional. They kept me constantly updated and managed to secure me a buyer within a couple of weeks (at the price I wanted). I was kept updated throughout the whole transaction, which went through smoothly. So thank you to Samuel Ford for selling the house and Gareth Walsh for the sales progression. Plus to the rest of the team who clearly all worked very hard. I would recommend your services.

Having had my property for sale with Crendon house for 5 months with an average of 1 viewing per week and no offers I decided to change estate agents and go with Chancellors. Within 1 month of the property being on the market with them I had an offer with an average of 3-4 viewings per week. If you are looking for an agency who ignore all of your requests for broken windows, toilets, curtains etc...then Chancellors is what you're looking for! After 12 months at a property 'managed' by Chancellors, it's amazing that they are still in operation. Lied about about the property coming with a parking spot at 98A Easton street when presenting the property, to only find out after numerous calls and emails that there was no parking allocated for the property. Never viewing the property throughout the tenancy to check up on it's condition, refusing to fix a window that no longer had a lock to it making it accessible to anyone with a ladder, not providing my flatmate with blinds and so requiring her to use a blanket as a curtain for 12 months. All to then allow the Landlord to try and claim over 1/3 of our deposit to fix these damages that were present and requested to be fixed before we even moved in. All four tenants working 9-5 meaning that we spent just as much time in the property as out, it's mind-boggling to understand how we could have possible caused 500£ in damages claimed for. Especially after not even being in the property from March - July (End of tenancy) due to moving home for the COVID lockdown. I would urge anyone who values their money to use any other agency. I will never use Chancellors again.

They are the worst estate agents I have ever come across the staff make promises they will call back to arrange a simple viewing then they don’t. The manager is rude unhelpful. They are con artists they only offer to let you view a property if you go with their mortgage broker using COVID as an excuse. The staff are most unhelpful. Unfortunately I found my dream home which is being sold through them but I have decided not to go ahead with it due to their lack of customer service and ill attitude. I don’t fancy being shouted at down the phone by the manager. Stay well clear. I have worked in various customer facing roles for over 15 years never have I spoken to anyone in this manner or come across anything like this.
