GoogleUnprofessional outfit and still awaiting outcome of our complaint over a month later. We had agreed a Rent Refund for a specific period, amount etc. in advance of moving out. Based on all of this, we agreed to move out of the property early so they could get the new tenants in sooner, and now they are not delivering on the agreement. They've been given countless opportunities, a more than satisfactory amount of time to process this and they still fail to deliver on the agreement and promise. Misleading agent, that has cost us money and will ignore your emails/calls when it is time for them to actually deliver on their promise. Will be taking further action, would definitely not recommend.

Anything I have needed or questions I have had he has been there and has kept the process running as smoothly as physically possible for me and my partner. Could not recommend him or his team enough!
