Dear Stephanie Lewis We are disappointed to see that you have left us a 1* review. We have a steadfast commitment to our Landlords to fully reference all potential tenants prior to any tenancy starting. Unfortunately, your application failed, and we were unable to grant you a tenancy. Whilst we understand you might feel aggrieved by the outcome, we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or false information being submitted, by you, to our referencing company, which unfortunately for all parties involved, caused your application to fail.
