My parents needed to move closer to myself and my sister. Yanis visited the bungalow and from the start focused on the needs of my parents and how he could help. At know point was there any pressure. The price he suggested was higher than other agents. After a few days we agreed to put the bungalow on the market. Andrew visited the house and was polite and exceptionally professional . Andrew, Darren and Emma looked after the sale though myself and my sister. Nothing is to much trouble for the team at Chilterns . They made what could have been a very traumatic experience for my parents very easy. Thinking of selling urge you to give them a call. Service was fantastic as well as the sale price 7% higher than other agents thought the market price should be. it sold in 11days and took care of all the viewings

Yannis knew that we probably will not be putting our place on the market before even visiting us. He talked about all our various options. Staying put and not doing anything. Staying put and having people in to update our property or sell and move... Yannis took the time to listen to all my design/upgrade ideas to get our property to how I would like it and even came up with a better idea.... Just show's he was really listening to our feelings and thoughts about things and not pushing us to sell our property at all. Yannis gave us a valuation, to give us an idea of what we had to play with money wise if looking to move! Bless his heart even gave other information like.... pro's and con's of equity release... how much a new roof may cost, if and when needed and just so much more outside of an estate agents remit. Well, what can I say.... Thank you for all the information you gave us and some further design advise... Your time and guidance was gratefully received. Apart from "thankyou so much" I cannot say how helpful you really were.

Before selling my house, I thought that all estate agents were the same. I was wrong. Unlike the real estate agents from whom I bought my new house, Darren and Andrew at Chilterns have been absolutely fantastic. Supportive, responsive and informative. They expertly dealt with the conveyancers to ensure that the sale was completed when I needed. I wished I could rely on them in the future, but unfortunately I moved from Suffolk to Surrey for work-related reasons... They come as very highly recommended.

THIS is the company that CARES about the person, not just another customer! Darren recently showed us a house and we were GREATLY IMPRESSED by him! We were blown away by how thorough and knowledgeable he was! And not just with the property he was showing, but with UK's whole letting process and all of its intricate moving parts. Even for US military requirements, etc. He went above and beyond; taking the time to answer any and ALL questions... even explaining/showing some of the lesser known things specific to UK houses, systems, and he gave us tips about the area too... we were completely satisfied with our experience.

I'm so grateful to Chiltern's for their help with both the sale and purchase of properties. We really felt that we were cared about and nothing was too much trouble or a hassle. Every query we had was answered, no matter how trivial, and we were seen as people rather than potential sales - we had met a couple of other estate agents whose eye was clearly only on the prize, but we didn't feel like this at all with Chiltern's. Every help was given that we needed, and the pragmatic approach of the business was really appreciated - we needed realism and practicality rather than a hard sale, and Chiltern's provided this brilliantly. Andrew, Darren, Yannis and Emma couldn't have been more helpful or caring, and I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Chiltern's to anybody looking to sell or purchase a property.
