Would give less if I could. Bunch of liers. Inquired about a property a few weeks ago to be told no not available. Two weeks later the property is still available and the ad has been changed. They only want US military in their properties so they can charge double the rent. Can't get any property within 15 miles of Brandon thanks to military. One bed places priced over one thousand a month. Complete joke of an agency.

Amazing company Only was at the property for 7months, but in that time experienced the best service. Firstly from Darren Savage, who was a pleasure to talk to, and ultimatly who made our minds to take the property, knowing we will be in safe hands. I have lived in a house managed by Chilterns for 3 1/2 years. In general I have found them to be very reasonable. The house was not the best maintained (not due to Chilterns), but the agent reacted promptly to any requests I had, and I have a feeling they were advocating on my behalf towards the owner on several occasions. The handover at end of lease was a smooth experience and I found them - again - to be very reasonable. Overall I have been happy with the service provided.
