Chilterns have been excellent in the two years we rented through them. Their online issue reporting system is brilliant and their response time to the problem reporting is very prompt. I found their checkout process to be very smooth and fair, and the deposit was returned to us in record time. They were also kind enough to give some details of their contractors to help with issues on our new property. Overall a very positive renting experience from Chilterns.

We've just sold our house through Chilterns. The pictures and writeup were excellent with the price set at a sensible level based on expert advice and knowledge of the area. Andrew and the team at Brandon have been outstanding. The regular updates and advice throughout the whole process were very much appreciated. Andrew even offered help and advice on our purchase, even though it was via a rival estate agent. The fees are slightly higher than their rivals, but I felt that this was money well spent for the service we received.

The Chilterns team at Brandon are brilliant. They have professionally and effectively managed the tenancy for my property. Throughout the tenancy they maintained great communication between myself and my tenants whilst I was working away. When it came to make the decision to sell the property, the sales team were equally brilliant and supportive through the entire sale process. Their superb advertising was definitely a huge factor in getting fast interest and offers on the property. They then went the extra mile throughout the conveyancing process to help ensure the sale of the properties in the chain went through as quickly as possible. Staff at Chilterns helped my brother sell his house when he moved into residential accommodation. They were very helpful, from Yannis visiting him at his new home to take instructions and the team then working with my husband and myself to sell the property on his behalf. We would fully recommend Chilterns and I n particular Andrew Jameson. Andrew dealt with us over the purchase of a property and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Generally you feel you are the only person who drives a purchase/sale and everyone else is just doing their jobs. I’m not sure if our purchase was particularly complicated but for us it seemed a bit of a minefield and Andrew really went the extra mile mile to support, sort things out, chase people for answers etc and all undertaken in a highly professional and personable manner.
