We used Wright Marshall to buy a property through ,18 months ago, and have just sold a property with them. They are completely committed to selling your property but go above and beyond in all aspects . Calls/emails are responded to almost immediately and they take a personal interest in helping you achieve the sale. Louise, Hannah and the whole team are a pleasure to deal. It's not often people are happy to pay estate agent fees but these guys are worth every penny! Thoroughly recommend

TrustpilotThe Least Proactive Estate Agent Imaginable.
I rang my local branch of Wright Marshall requested an email to be sent to me with a list of properties in 2 specific areas, gave the lady I spoke to enough information to make a rope long enough to hang herself, a nearly a week later NOTHING. I know I can check on Rightmove and Onthemarket but I find it easier to categorise in a specific way not in the options I find on these sites. These appear to be the least proactive estate agent. I told them I would have a property to sell eventually no mention was made of a valuation, again NOTHING. How they make money is beyond me.

Friendly team, very experienced. Kept us in touch at every step , quick to jump on calls and chase up when problems occurred, speaking to other vendors, buyers, solicitors etc for us. Full end to end ownership and service for our sale. Would recommend the Nantwich team for anyone looking to sell in the area .

Sadly very disappointed, feedback was almost non existent with me constantly chasing them when I was the one who wished to buy a house. Having used this company a number of years ago and found them to be very good then, I expected a better service today. After numerous emails and 2 viewings I think I made it clear I was serious and I only expected a response to my enquiries and offer if even to say we are still awaiting information but didn't even get that. I always love to support local business but in this case even trying as hard as I did could not end in a positive result for either of us.Genuinely disappointed.
