Great customer service! Me and my friends spent all together 4 years renting one of the student properties. The people in the house were rotating quite a lot because of the placements and Wright Marshalls delt with it perfectly. They were always available and respond quickly everytime there was any problem or we needed a help. All of us were very happy with their service especially with Kris, she was always understanding, really helpful and flexible with our needs.

Shocking Knutsford branch! Lettings management, no replies, four to five months of waiting and still no repair to the fences & gates keeping pets in ! People out , hence no security on property, dangerous as pets have been able to escape on to main road . Absolutely totally disappointed

We used W/M for a straightforward cash sale no chain flat sale . The first 10 weeks when we presumed they were acting on our behalf they did nothing. It took 20 weeks of constant pressure from us to get this sale completed, we even threatened to withdraw as we lost our tenant within weeks anticipating a '' quick sale '' so had no rental income for almost four months but incurring extra costs to have the flat sit empty. Would not recommend unless you want to ring everyday to chase things up.
