Having happily let our Flat out via Reeds Rains for many years, we needed to find a new tenant. Thanks to the massive help from Carolyne, along with Abi and Paul at the local Reeds Rains office, we were able to take the opportunity to freshen up our property , conduct all the relevant checks and make some improvements; PLUS find the most suitable tenant to meet our requirements. All within just a short period of time between tenants. Carolyne and team helped with our first big move to a different area. The process wasn’t exactly straight forward (lots of paperwork etc) but I know this is expected when moving house. However, Carolyne and Yvonne were always lovely to deal with throughout the process and I know they always tried to help the best they could. Almost completed a rental with Pemberton branch, due to sign contracts and collect keys to our new home this coming Friday! The help, support and advice from the staff has been phenomenal! We have rented with three Estate Agents over the past 13years, and to say that Reeds Rains have done a Great job thus far is understating their efforts. All the Staff are friendly, approachable, kind and respectful. Which is Lovely, especially when it comes to filling forms in online when you're not a confident computer user of a certain age! I cannot praise Reeds Rains enough for their help in selling my mother in laws house which was in probate. This was a new area for me to be in and they took the pressure off me and completed the sale through auction, which I must say I was dubious about with ease and simplicity. Paul, the manager appeared whilst on he was on holiday to take the necessary photographs, Yvonne, who was my main contact was absolutely fantastic. Caroline and team at Glossop kept in touch every week to see how things were going, they kept us informed and dealt with any issues calmly and quickly. They are friendly and approachable whilst being profession and business like. We wont be moving again but if we were, we would definitely use them to sell !
