If there would be a world cup for estate agents, the branch based in Romford would deserve this!! Absolutely amazing service provided throughout the buying process! They made me feel like they're working for me, constantly keeping me in the loop, calling my solicitor to speed things up and taking every single one of my endless calls with a warm 'Hello'. extremely bad, unprofessional. didn't give us a water reading at the beginning of our tenancy, and after one month of living there we ended up with a 200 pound water bill. very unprofessional, don't know their own job well. it's trash!
