I have been fighting with this agent for several weeks now as they dont bother repay me the deposit. Even though the landlord agreed for the deposit to be returned to me, this agency doesnt care. In most cases they dont even answer my messages and when they do, those are just empty promises. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID!!!

He was quick and efficient to accommodate all of our requests. He managed to accomodate a viewing even outside the open day which was fabulous as with our working schedule it is hard to match the days.
