Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.

Fantastic Company and they have managed my property for a while now and really happy with the service. They always find the best tenants and do a thorough vetting and background check and marketing and get the highest price and work hard to achieve it. I have been really impressed that there hasn’t been much of a gap between tenancies and they communicate well and are proactive. Would highly recommend the Downend branch thank you.

They (Barnet Branch) are the most laziest estate agents I have come across in Barnet region.Recently I completed purchase via them, I have no words to express my unsatisfaction, they never bothered to chase the seller when completion was getting delayed when purchased via auction, they never ever pick the phone, they never bothered to hand over the keys at the house instead asked me to come to the office to pick the keys stating they are too busy to come to the site for keys handover.Requested to value the property several times for rental purpose, they never ever bothered to call me or take my request.Except Tai (exceptional) there is absolutely no one in the office that you can talk to, as the phone always goes to the headoffice and they never ever call you back.least bothered about customer service.

I had a viewing today in Horley with Emily and Nancy and believe they deserve a 5 star rating.From the beginning of my experience with them starting from the phone call and booking the appointment they were professional and welcoming. On a arrival they were very professional and even took into account the minute details such as where people should park and came prepared with application forms. The viewing was accompanied well by Emily with direction and walk through of the rooms it’s features and benefits, and gave honest answers with regards to any queries we had.Thank you Nancy and Emily!.

I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!

I am most impressed by how diligent and patient the client support advisor, Tracy Burden is. She called me on the first day she took over the case and has been following up on both sides from the beginning all the way to the completion. My purchase was very complicated and lengthy in process, but Tracy was extremely helpful and professional to ensure the transaction happen in the end. I would not buy my house without her help!
