Contrary to the other reviews we had a very unhappy experience, we felt they were working for our buyers rather than us. Towards the end of the sale when we encountered some stressful challenges and would have appreciated support and advice as we assumed that's what the agent was there for, none was forthcoming. At the end of the sale we only received a very short phone call to advise that the sale was completed, and and email asking for a review. Thankfully our onward purchase agent was there to provide help and support for both us and her seller.

Fab service and support in helping me to find a new home. Nothing was too much trouble and they were the only estate agents to keep sending me properties when they were going on the market. Special thank you to Paris who went out of her way in communicating to me and sending me details about a house before it was even on rightmove. If I was selling my house again I would 100% go with them. All the offices I spoke too were just so nice and approachable….makes a change!

Great service, very satisfied. The whole team were efficient and reassuring, but Danah stands out particularly for staying with the process throughout and allaying any concerns. I've been involved with another agent throughout on another matter and the comparison is striking - Hammond and Stratford are way ahead of other market competitors in my opinion. It is immaterial, but the fact that I dealt almost exclusively with women meant I received a style of service that very much suited my needs, no drama, no posturing or false claims, just good old fashioned respectful customer service. Communication with me and between members of the team was clear and effective. I would highly recommend this company.

I can not recommend Stratfords highly enough for the hard work and effort they put in with our house sale. Not only are all the staff really friendly and approachable they went the extra mile to ensure our house sale exchanged and completed successfully keeping in touch with everyone in the chain as closely as possible. Jorja particularly needs a mention here for her patience and understanding trying to organise viewings around our hectic schedule. We will without a doubt use Stratfords of Hethersett again. Hammond & Stratford have been incredibly helpful in my house move. Natalie chased both solicitors for us, trying to get an update most weeks. She was always on hand to answer questions and was incredibly friendly and professional. Cheryl who worked on site at one of the developers was also incredibly helpful, as she contacted us when the plot we wanted came available. She also helped us with a 2nd opinion on some of our house options, and was really patient with us viewing the house multiple times, to weigh up our options, measure windows etc. and was just brilliant for us first time buyers. I highly recommend!
