This is an unusual purchase for us, as the seller's was buying a new plot, so I have been dealing with Newhome Groups and Hammond & Stratford. The initial viewing was done by Abigail Mallett at Hammond & Stratford, she was helpful and very accommodating on the time & days we wanted to view the property. After the offer was accepted, we didn't hear much from Hammond & Stratford, until towards the end near exchange contract. On the completion date, Abigail offer to drop the new house keys to us, so saving us a journey to their office, which was a nice touch.

I would recommend Hammond and Stratford Estate agents. I would give Darcy Grigson 10 out of 10. What a breath of fresh air Darcy has been particularly in a world where support and service is mediocre at best. The reason we decided to sign up with H&S was because of Sophie, the area valuer. She came across as such a lovely lady, experienced, knowledgeable, a great eye for the detail and a fantastic ambassador for their company.
