Having almost given up hope of selling due to 2 previous estate agents being so abysmal, Hammond and Stratford were a breath of fresh air. I initially viewed a property in Attleborough through their branch there and was shown around by Ben. He was pivotal in my move to Hammond and Stratford , as he liaised with Jacob at the Eaton branch, and in no time at all I had changed to them. From the very start they were professional, proactive and extremely helpful. Always communicating with me, securing more viewings in 2 weeks than I had received from 2 previous agents in 4 months!! I think that speaks volumes. They work collaboratively across all their offices to ensure best services for their clients. I also appreciated their honestly with the initial valuation, they were realistic from the off. Once a sale was secured on my property, they supported me in the best way forward to offer on the property I wanted. Always in contact with me, ensuring I achieved the best outcome. Thank you for the excellent service I was offered by Hammond and Stratford. From the beginning I believed they would be efficient, hard working and courteous and they lived up to my expectations. I would like to especially thank Darcy and Shane who went out of their way to help me. In the end the sale went through more quickly than I expected. There were tricky moments, but Darcy and Shane were always available to deal with my questions. They were proactive and reliable and always made me feel that my sale was important to them.
