FacebookFar too many clients and not enough staff, zero customer service provided. Nobody answers phones or emails. Choose a smaller local company if you want to actually get dealt with as a valued customer.

Good morning Kevin, so sorry to hear of you not being able to speak to our sales progression team at convenient times. We have spoken to both Sales Progressors who have been dealing with your sale and believe you complete today. We wish you well in you new home, however, if you would like to contact Director Debbie Evans at debbie.evans@karltatler.com she will be more than happy to talk to you about your experience. Thank you.

GoogleIn a time when the market was very volatile, due government changes, it was good to have this company working on my side.

FacebookThey are rude and don't check who they're moving into a property.... I spent 6 months living below an abusive alcoholic who had her in and out of prison boyfriend with her and a dog she played fetch with up and down the stairs at midnight. When contacted they where as useful as a chocolate teapot and "lost" records (or tried to) of phone calls from myself, the antisocial behaviour team and the police. They also planned on changing the front door lock to the building and giving said alcoholic the keys but not me! I feel sorry for the next person in there as the police are still turning up looking for said alcoholic! Thank you karl tatler!

TrustpilotIf carlsberg did awful estate agents
We decided to sell our property with Karl Tatler (Little Sutton) in October this year, initially they came out and provided a valuation etc which was all fine. We decided to proceed and listed our property for sale with them, this is when issues began to arise.

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding. From start to finish Tatler & Sarah in particular were brilliant. We sold through Tatler and we bought through Tatler and the whole process was well communicated and well managed. Wouldn't skip a heartbeat in recommending them to anyone.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
