We recently had a longstanding tenant vacate a property, but Enzo ensured that there wasn't a void period between the old tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in, which was the best possible result. It was one of the worst experiences with an estate agency ever had. Rented a fully furnished property which ended up being unfurnished, ( the contract stating furnished property ) forcing my hand to accept the ''new conditions''. Countless issues with the allocated parking spate, PCNs over PCNs, Debt collection agencies, absurd cleaning fees which are illegal according to Tenants Fee Act 2019. The deposit is still not released. Had to take them to court. If you renting with VIA PROPERTIES, good luck.

We were contracted tenants with Via property's. We received really fast, friendly and helpful responses to all our questions. Staff at Via always had a smile on their face whenever we went in the office, they kept hold of our mail for us when we had left their property and we got a complete refund of deposit! Yey!!! It is very poor as an agency I met Mr. Giardina and we made an agreement by phone because I moved on Sunday I paid the current month and the deposit immediately and on Monday I was waiting to sign the contract that instead arrived after 3 months when I decided to leave home I handed the keys and I left after 1 month and a half unlocked the deposit But it was part of it because he rented the house again after 10 days I got informed with a lawyer and could not do it because we had no contract signed but despite I left the house better than I found the result was worse so by my personal experience I advise this agency better not to deal with people like Mr. Giardina
