We had an excellent experience with Strutt and Parker, Perth office. They were consistently kind, considerate always responsive. All the staff at the Perth office, especially Hamish and Amy were genuinely invested in the sale of our house and we were extremely impressed with the service. This is the second time we have used Strutt and Parker with the sale of our houses and we do not hesitate to recommend them.

We bought a house from Strutt and Parker and from the start they were FAB! Amy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made the process easy. To top it all, she was always really positive, reassuring and cheerful. If I was selling my house again in the future, I would definitely look at using Strutt and Parker as my estate agent.

Having met and worked with several other estate agents in the past, Strutt and Parker are a cut above and look after their customers with integrity throughout the entire process, not always a given in this industry. GoogleI have used multiple estate agents in Harpenden and have to say Strutt and Parker are a class above the rest! You don't get any of the usual empty promises just great advice and straight answers. Sally Noakes and Sally Hawthorne went above and beyond on a very tricky sale, not only making sure everything was completed the moment it was requested but even worked after hours to make things happen. Highly recommend, the only agents i will use going forward!!

Amy McMenemy had been recommended to me, and she immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and professionalism at what was a very difficult time. I could not have chosen better than Amy. Throughout what turned out to be a fairly long, but ultimately successful process, Amy was always on hand to advise and guide. I found her to be hardworking and very responsive to any queries and would highly recommend Strutt and Parker and Amy in particular to anyone looking to sell their home.

But most importantly I feel that they are selling agents that can be trusted. Sally is a wealth of knowledge, having been working in the area for decades. She is always thinking about how she can help her clients to achieve a sale. Michelle is also extremely proactive and lovely to deal with. As a local buying agent, I deal with many selling agents every day - Strutt and Parker Harpenden are definitely a cut above!

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

Update - I was finally contacted by AndrewHarwood on Tuesday 12th. He was suitably apologetic and arranged to come to appraise our home personally on the 13th which he did in a very professional manner. On this basis, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 4. Contacted Nicholas on chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities being missed with potential buyers??
