Really good experience We used spencer & sener to sell my mother's property. I made a few initial calls to various EAs in barnet and we went in to see them as I found them very straight forward and not too salesy on the phone. Spencer & Sener are quite simply THE BEST Estate Agents you will EVER find ANYWHERE! We encountered problems with our vendor and our buyer, - with the solicitors of both those parties - and with the developers selling the new house to our vendor - and Spencer dealt with ALL of them ceaselessly, at all ours of the day and all days - including weekends and Bank Holidays. He was polite, diplomatic, resourceful and impartial, treating EVERYONE as if they were the most important party in the chain. We can honestly say that if it wasn't for Spencer working over and above the usual estate agents remit - we would not be in our new house now - the whole chain would have broken and 3 families would have been devastated.
