My experience with Spencer & Sener has been flawless. From Graham's patience whilst looking for a property, to Sener's steadfast dedication throughout the entire mortgage process, all the way to Spencer's support at exchange and completion - I felt so well looked after all the way through. They patiently answered any and all questions that I had (as a nervous first time buyer!) always making time to talk to me and reassure me as the sale progressed. The entire team worked extremely hard to help me buy my very first home. Spencer and Sener are excellent. Simple as that. If you are looking for excellence, these are the people you are after. We had been really struggling to sell our property for more than a year using other agents and were despairing when we began working with S&S, and from the outset their service was refreshing and stood out. Spencer & Sener went above and beyond when selling are flat in Barnet. They actually sold it three times, with buyers pulling out and a difficult market we got there in the end. Spencer even re negotiated our house we was buying and got 5k knocked of the price which he didn’t have to do. We sold our mother's house through Spencer & Sener and I cannot praise them highly enough. Spencer was unfailingly pleasant, polite, efficient and professional, and we felt as though he genuinely cared, not only about getting the sale to completion but also about us as a family. He was sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult time for us and made things as easy as possible, keeping us informed every step of the way (and sometimes even communicating with us on his day off!). When we encountered an unforeseen challenge halfway through the sale process, he and his team helped us to find a solution and kept everyone in the chain on side while we were working things out. I only have good things to say about Spencer, and if I had another house to sell would very happily go back to him! A really nice guy who offered a great service for a fair price - what more could you want?!

I have dealt with a quite a few estate agents over the last couple of years and was so pleased with the service from Spencer & Sener Estate Agents and would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell thier property. When we had our valuation, Spencer was very transparent and realistic on market value, not over valuing like many other agents have done in the past. I dealt with Spencer and Graham who are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. What I appreciated the most was that they weren’t your typical pushy sales agents that I have come across with other companies. They were honest, helpful and helped the selling process be as smooth as possible, not putting unnecessary stress onto us during a multiple chain sale. We were looking for a quick sale due to onwards chains and managed to get an offer within days of going to market. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy agents, I would strongly recommend going with Spencer & Sener and if I need an agents in the future I have no doubt I would use them again.
