They went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through, doing everything they could to help the process along and ensure we were informed about what was going on. Plus they are very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

GoogleJust let a flat for the second time through Sener. He responded swiftly to any enquiries that I made and was courteous throughout. Sener has an excellent understanding of the local market and was keen to ensure that both landlord and tenant were satisfied and kept informed of regulations from start to finish. Service was offered with good humour and a smile..... Just sold a flat through Spencer & Sener. They were all very polite and professional even though I was at times little, ' Hot under the collar'. It did not matter who I spoke to in the office; there was a real consistency in the service. They always dealt with my enquiries swiftly, phoning back when they said they would. I ways felt confident in the advice that they gave me; whether it was to do with the price of the property or to explain the process. Used their recommended solicitor who was also great. A first class team!

GoogleSpencer helped us no end throughout the whole sale process and really went the extra mile to ensure our chain was in place and that we completed in the tight timeframes that we needed. Spencer was fantastic at keeping us up to date each step of the way, which was very reassuring. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past but Spencer and Sener certainly lead the way by their excellent customer service, attention to detail and their high efficiency in helping you move home. GoogleNow I see why they won the best agent in Barnet Award 2022! We just completed a house purchase that was listed with Spencer & Senner - they provided an impeccable service from start to finish. We completed a leasehold purchase in 3.5 months (yes possible with determination) and Spencer and the team (both Maria’s) were efficient and professional throughout. It’s was a stressful process in the current climate and they were on top of every aspect to make sure it went smoothly. Even though we were the buyers, we valued the high level of communication to help overcome bumps along the way and the commitment from Spencer to helping both sides progress with the sale. He managed the relationship between us and the seller brilliantly and his communication throughout was excellent. He has also been able to recommend reliable local trades people which has been particularly useful as we are moving in from outside Barnet. It has been a pleasure dealing with Spencer on this house purchase and we unequivocally recommend the services of Spencer and Sener. We would use them again without question.

GoogleWe bought my mum's flat through Spencer and Sener. I have found every member of staff extremely helpful and if you had a question anyone was willing and able to help. I dealt with the exchange and completion through Spencer and I have to say he was organised, helpful at all times and always called you back. If it wasn't for Spencer helping me push my mum's sale of her house through I think we would still be waiting for mum's sale of her property to exchange 😂. I would definitely recommend this estate agent

Sener is very knowledgeable about the rental market and was able to provide me with valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. He was also very attentive to my needs and always available to answer any questions that I had. One of the things that stood out to me was the attention to detail. Spencer dealt with the sale of my property, and although tricky at times continued to push through securing the sale, helping to chase where needed and was fully professional throughout. Spencer got the property to market very quickly and professionally then was able to advise us through the offers. Spencer was incredibly helpful in successfully supporting the sale through a tremendously difficult period in the housing market. GoogleWe highly recommend to use Spencer and Sener, to sell or purchase a property. In our case we have bought our dream home from Spencer and Sener. We have been dealing with Spencer and Pushpa that have done above and beyond for us. How purchase was a straight forward buy that ended up with being a very complex purchase due to the timeframe we had to complete before the stamp duty holiday end. Unfortunately we have been dealing with an incompetent solicitor on the buyer side that was risking until the last minute the transaction to fall through, by not sending the right paper on time and not doing his job. ADVICE TO ANY BUYER AND SELLER : PLEASE USE AND INVEST IN GOOD SOLICITOR !!! Luckily Spencer have been on top of it and have managed an amazing relationship between the vendor, ourself and our solicitor and that is the reason we have completed on time on our property. That said, we cannot thank enough Spencer and Pushpa for working so hard on our purchase and we will certainly recommend and use them in the future. Thank you you for everything.
