What can I say? When you agent values your property higher than you expected (after probate valuations a year ago), gets 23 viewings in the first week of listing having produced a brochure with stunning photos (after good advice about decluttering/ de-personalising first) and then within 3 weeks has 7 offers on the table, a 5 star review is inevitable. Ed, who valued and listed the property, Angela who stepped in while he was on holiday and Ed and Kirsty who have kept things moving post offer have all been exemplarary. I cannot recommend the whole team highly ebough.

Appalling estate agents rang to view property was told had to fill out a form so did so, then was told did not and Nicole called me liar, asked to speak to a person in charge to be told they out till late and do not have a mobile you would think in this day and age a estate agent would have such a modern piece of technology, but clearly this company is in the dark ages very argumentative staff to add the forms we was sent to fill out was done fully but for some reason they claim did not get them but had the time to tell us we had not done them so could not view the property, almost like ringing to rub it in our faces and spoke to my partner very poorly also i did ring your office yes on Thursday and Isabella explained the manager was not in and that you do not have mobiles as in the dark ages and would ring me on the next working day, well today is Monday and still no phone call, so yet again more lies from this poor company

We have recently moved home and Proffitt and Holt were fantastic throughout the whole process, and continue to be so - the level of care and support have been excellent and the staff really make an effort to work with you as an individual; every interaction that I have had with them has come with kindness and positivity. Queries are answered quickly and in detail, giving a feeling of confidence that you are in very capable hands indeed. Izabela, in particular, has gone above and beyond for us; her support and knowledge have been invaluable , making things run smoothly and feel stress-free. She has taken the time and effort to make sure things are 'just so' and to make us feel valued as tenants. Samantha and the Property Management team were also very helpful and supportive, making the viewing process informative and easy.

Avoid this agent group. Boiler and very hot water issues Update 3 months this week. Agent HAS agreed to try another repair after an email from them saying nothing can be done. Agent said as there's just 2 adults in the house with no children and an old boiler we should accept they have tried to repair it. Update: Will be 2 months this week. Scalding hot water issues, and repairs team still ignore requests for repairs. Ive contacted Environmental Health who will raise a case now. Really dissapointed with this agent who manages the home for my landlady. Previous 2 weeks tomorrow Heating failed. boiler issues and nobody answering emails about this. Scalding water and pointless heating. I had to chase gas man as this agent is mute and will not answer emails. I had to contact Landlady to push agent into action. Chasing my emails to them for answers continuously. Occasionally graced with a reply then nothing. Their reference agency Van Mildert were awful and not helped by this agent not chasing. I had to phone Van Mildert every few days to get the reference moving after 2 weeks of nothing. Otherwise we would have missed out move date. 2 days before we were due to move home we were told by agent they were too busy to get the contract out for the moving date we agreed. Told it was an advisory moving in date. How can anybody give their existing landlord 1 months notice without a move date! Fridge power cable covered in masking tape hiding wires, fire and shock risk! Agent not really bothered. I asked Council to intervene. Update repaired after 6 weeks, Electrician fitted incorrect junction box- and agreed it was for ceilings not appliance cables. Never received contact details from them about emergencies and repairs or current energy suppliers. Agent said we would get. Found contact details by accident when sent an email and it bounced back saying person was not available. I asked for it but ignore again. Good luck prospective Landlords and tenants
