Without a doubt the most painful property management experience I've had. Ignored emails, multiple requests for failures such as boiler before anything gets resolved. Issues with damp, grout, failed dishwasher etc reported multiple times and ignored every time. Tried to charge me when I leave for items that they organised removal of, saying I'd taken them.
