"We were initially only in the 'let's consider relocating' stage when we reached out to Proffit and Holt and first spoke with Angela. What a breath of fresh air! She has been nothing but super-helpful and professional from the get-go and has really listened to our particulars (rather than bombard us with emails/calls with properties that clearly do not fit most of our needs, which some other estate agents have annoyingly done ever since). Proffitt and Holt acted for our Vendor on the purchase of our first house. Our primary point of contact was Angela who was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. Angela kindly helped to accommodate a second viewing with our parents in tow which was appreciated. Proffitt and Holt’s sales progression team kept both sets of solicitors and Vendor/Buyer honest throughout the transaction, helping to push everyone along towards completion. Izabela handled our leasing for Harrier Close Apsley , with her great support, it was a seamless process, she guided us all through the vetting process and was quick to respond to our emails or concerns. I still can remember how excited she sounded when she told us that our offer had been accepted, she was genuinely happy for us and this says a lot about her very candid and warm personality. Great estate agent! Although we did not find our home with them, Angela was extremely helpful in trying to find us a home that really worked for us. She paid attention to what we actually wanted, kept us in the loop with properties as soon as they became available and tried to arrange viewings with us promptly. She was really friendly, and didn’t make us feel as though we were just ‘clients’. She took the time to understand our needs in a way that other estate agents have failed to.
