GoogleWe recently purchased our first home through Morgan Alexander, we first viewed the property with Vince, he was very nice and helpful, informative and patient. Throughout the buying process, we have spoken with Westley who has been incredible. He has gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and quick! He checked in with us and other parties of the process and was there to answer any questions we had. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you. SO MUCH!

From the start Westley was on time for the first appointment, switched on, enthusiastic and genuinely interested selling our property. The positive tone set by Westley radiates throughout his employees who are also upbeat friendly and more importantly on the ball. I can honestly say Westley and all of his team were one step ahead of me all the way, which is more than I can say for numerous other estate agents I have dealt with across the years. Here is a company who takes pride in being organised and doing the small things well, particularly feedback. I’d recommend them any day of the week and would definitely use them again in the future. GoogleWe just sold our house through Morgan Alexander and MA were our saviors! The house we sold was unique as it was a converted stables, a few other estate agents valued our house at a price that was much lower than we hoped. MA valued our house nearly £40k more. As soon as the advert went live on right move we had so many viewings and sold shortly after. Due to lockdown, we lost our buyer (because of financial reasons) and MA found a new buyer 24 hours later! The key thing for me was communication, MA set up a whatsap group so that you can communicate so easily day/night and even weekends! The service was really impressive and would not hesitate if anyone is considering Morgan Alexander. Special thanks to Westley.PositiveQuality

GoogleThe best estate agent in Hertford! I recently bought and sold a property with help from Nick Wells. It wasn’t an easy transaction although we have actually swapped so in theory should have been straightforward. Nick was able to navigate with surprisingly many stakeholders to make it as quick and smooth as possible. He gave a lot of his personal time to make it all happen, jumped hoops and gave it much more energy than I would expect. Thank you very much to Nick, Westley and Louie for all they efforts and patience(it took me 2 years to finally choose a place to buy and they all were there supporting me throughout that time). Main thing I like about MA is that they never pushed anything onto me, were always available to meet/call but never crossed the line that so many others have done with the constant calling and salesy pushiness.

Westley made sure that we always knew where we were in the process and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the market by marketing each house to match its position. He helped us with choosing the right buyers for each property and made sure that all parties were supported right through to completion. Thoroughly recommended.

I was really impressed by Westley and his approach - he knows the local area well, does what he says he will and had a very realistic view on how to market my property and what I could expect for it. He kept in regular contact with me through the process and within a week had found a buyer who offered the amount I wanted. It was very smooth throughout. I felt that other (bigger) local agents who I also spoke to initially just wanted to give their spiel about how great they were and why they were better than the smaller agents - when in fact Morgan Alexander were a lot more positive about what they could do for me and actually take a very modern approach using social media to get more interest in their properties. Westley and everyone else in the team who I dealt with were professional and helpful throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying in Hertford and beyond. Thank you for making a stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.
