This is the second time we have used Morgan Alexander to sell a property for us and once again they have been fantastic. It's been a protracted and, at times, really stressful sale and throughout it all, Westley has been so kind and unbelievably positive, patient and supportive. He was always responsive and available to us to answer any questions, and in fact without him, and all his proactive liaison up and down the chain, we aren't certain the sale would have gone through. Morgan Alexander's photography for the sale particulars and their marketing of the property was also exceptionally good once again. We can't recommend Westley and the team highly enough. Having just exchanged on my house with Morgan Alexander, I can say it has been great dealing with Westley and the team. The photos of the house were STUNNING and they did a great job with the marketing. We listed the house in September and have just exchanged which is a fantastic turn around from putting it on the market. There have been challenges along the way (not due to MA) and Westley was great at advising us and resolving quickly. There was great to communications throughout the process, between ourselves the lower chain and the solicitors and we were kept informed throughout the process. 10/10 highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling.

I chose this agency because Westley was prompt to visit the property and gave me an honest and optimistic opinion and valuation. Other agents were not nearly as proactive as he was.
