GoogleAwful branch to deal with, we feel lied to constantly. They do not communicate and make promises they don't keep. I have asked twice for their complaints procedure and ignored both times. Looks like the Ombudsman will have to get involved instead.
I am so glad we never used these guys to sell our house if this is how they treat people! DO NOT USE !

Possibly the worst estate agent i have dealt with. Even after phoning the office after 15 mins waiting, to see where they were, no apology was made, very bad service.
