GoogleRueben was absolutely brilliant. We viewed about 10 houses over the weekend with various different agents and his service stood out above them all. He has a really warm, friendly and professional manner. Me and my partner said we wish we loved the houses and could’ve submitted an offer with him!’ Just a Thankyou really, it does make a world of difference having a nice agent showing you around.

As a tenant over 2 years with Miles and Barrs I repeatedly experienced missed and poor communications, blatant failure to follow procedures and policies, including failures to formally received a complaint. Attitude of senior managers was arrogant and dismissive. A company very much geared towards landlords and NOT tenants.

I’m giving the company, Miles and Barr, only 3 stars because to be honest they are hopeless. I’ve had so many problems with them due to the lack of last minute information and requests that at one point I was seriously considering taking my business to another company. Having said that there is one person who is outstanding. Diane !! She is an absolute credit to the company. Always extremely pleasant, helpful in every way, answers any questions I may have, always emails or calls me back when asked, and sorts out any issues I may have. If it were possible I would give Diane 100 stars. In my opinion she should be running the company and the company would be a lot better off if she were.

Our initial viewing of the property by the Sales Advisor who conducted our initial viewing of the property, was unprepared & ill advised before showing us around. However this was compensated by the professionalism of Denise Lumpkin, Sales Progressor, who couldn't have been more helpful.

Took a long time to sell but but Emily Stickler in particularly drove it forward with lets say challenging buyers. would recommend the company with no problems but the selling market really needs a overhaul in that once you make an offer, you should place a NRD. would save a lot of expense and wasted time.

GoogleHaving commenced and then aborted a proposed house move I have found Miles and Barr to be very pleasant to deal with. My first contact was with Reuben who was charming and calming, both necessary in this game. Then Aliyah came to my home last week and she was lovely, friendly and professional. She gave me a lot of very useful information, which I had not considered, which assisted greatly in my decision process. Having then decided not to proceed there were no issues their end, no pressure. If i ever do decide to move it will be here I approach first. Thankyou Aliyah and Reuben
