GoogleThank you for selecting us to give this property, but i would like to mention that the property was not cleaned properly. I came with a 10months old child but the house was having full of fur everywhere. My child got cold. We managed to clean the house at the moment. When you mentioned on your advertisement Pets are not allowed. We thought the house might be clean. Thank you for wishing us. House is spacious but was not cleaned at time we get the house.

Louise Daly is the only reason I give 5 stars 🌟 she was amazing in keeping me updated every step of the way during the sales process, she liaised with my solicitor and buyers solicitors and my buyer which made the whole process much smoother as I didn't need to keep contacting my solicitor, shes like having your own wee PA shes brilliant

Raised the issue of getting a new EPC done with the property manager, setting out our rationale and asking for her thoughts on the matter. She replied promptly and gave her recommendation in clear terms. She offered to get an EPC assessor lined up if we didn't have anyone we wished to approach ourselves to do the necessary. We happily accepted her offer.

GoogleWe found the service whilst house hunting from Miles and Barr (Herne Bay) to be very good. Reuben took time to really understand what we were looking for and only sent us properties that matched our requirements, once we were under offer he spoke with colleagues to keep track of any properties coming to market that might be of interest. We viewed a number of properties with Bobby who asked excellent questions, he was supportive but also gave us time to look round and talk without pressure. Thank you.

GoogleHaving worked with many Estate Agents over the years, I can honestly say, the Herne Bay branch of Miles and Barr stand head and shoulders above most in terms of area knowledge, relationships with vendors and speed of responses to questions. I had the pleasure of working with Reuben Shanley-Tait on our purchase and he made the whole process so much easier than it usually is.
