Dear Mr Pleece, Many thanks for your three-star review. We have checked our records, and it seems this is a case of mistaken identity as we are not the agency that is looking after the property that you have previously occupied. We would be most grateful if you could call us so we can explain this misunderstanding as how Kimber Estates look after our clients is most important hence our reviews are mainly five stars. Thank You.

Hi, Whilst we appreciate all constructive feedback, and seek to improve our services accordingly, we do not appear to have any record of you having engaged with our estate agency. I should be most grateful if you could make contact with us directly so that we might seek to rectify any apparent issue. Kind Regards, Kimber Estates
