It so good to deal with a smaller company that you can trust rather than the large chains where you often get lost in dealing with so many different people.

I have to say that I don't think you will find a friendlier more efficient and dedicated team of people in any local estate agents in Herne Bay, in actual fact let's make that the whole world! From the first initial visit, Kristy came to evaluate our home, she is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and good fun to be around. Our house sold within three weeks and we then set about finding a new property. Everyone in the office was so helpful, every phone call was returned as promised and the hard work and obvious dedication, led us to find our fabulous new home. Without their efforts I genuinely believe we wouldn't have landed this amazing house. From all of the Skates family we would to say a huge thankyou 😃😃
